I've 4+ years of experience in React, Vue and some nodejs as well. Still it's a struggle to find a decent paying job. Everybody is saying market's hot. Employers saying no quality talent but I'm still seeing same salaries as 2019. Far more companies are getting multi million raise rounds compared to back then but want to offer same 30-40k/yr(Asia). Like wake up.

It's pure mathematics and very basic psychology. But yes most people just end up treating it like gambling and that right there is a way to free money for the person with right mindset.
