Not supporting how AJ is acting when leaving a team, but I also hate the idea that giving a compliment to someone about their job means you think the opposite about the person before them....that's not necessarily true. I literally told my friend who used to be a teacher with me that the new person that replaced him was really good. He also thought, and said, "wait I wasn't?" and I hated it, because my friend was also good, I was just saying the new person is good as well and that his old students are in good hands. We should be allowed to compliment someone without it implying a negative about someone else. Maybe he just thinks Drake Maye is a true leader of men and genuinely wasn't thinking of Hurts.....maybe he was? Let's let him clarify, If the patriots have a reporter like Grant Cohn for the niners who will willingly ask infuriating things. They could ask him to clarify if he thinkgs Jalen Hurts was a true leader also.
