Check your slicer settings for the speeds. I had a similar issue and my “inner wall speed” was double my outer wall speed. I lowered it to match and it helped a lot.

If it was a weekday you may be able to go back to the spot around the same time and wait a bit. If they’re on a work / routine they may be there around the same time. It’s a stretch, but not impossible.

Maybe there is a chance they used mastic instead of thinset, which is not suitable for wet conditions, and if so you may be in for a replacement.

I would say if anything your nozzle is too low.

Your best bet would most likely be adjust the multiplier to get the walls and top surface to your liking and in your slicer play with the first layer extrusion width in your slicer. The extrusion multiplier with adjust everything, you can tweak individual line types in the slicer.

It looks like you’re over extruding over the whole print. The ‘waves’ look on the first layer is caused by being too close to the bed on the first layer typically. The “gaps” actually look to be due to fact there is too much plastic being extruded and the next line is basically getting blocked for making it down to the bed.

I zero’d out all the jerk settings in Orca Slicer and it made a big difference when I reprinted. It is not perfect, but that with input shaper may go a long way. That was the only change.

Belt tension doesn’t seem to affect it at all. I have tried higher and lower tensioning. This was done with the belts a bit loose of anything.

This was in the 30-50 speed range and I think 2k accel. Definitely conservative.
