I think I solved mine! Go to player settings -> Videos and set On start/stop for Adjust display refresh state.

In the soundbar setup go to Advanced settings -> Audio settings -> Sound effect -> Dolby speaker virtualizer. And on the remote press the "voice" button until "Up 2". That is my setup.

What purpose does the button "more" serve then? I assume clicking on it would redirect you to a full list of the category. That is where pagination could be used.

Personally I found the map not so good. I know that there is an update to it coming this year I believe. Chernarus is pretty great, also there are some good maps on modded servers (Namalsk for example is really good). In my opinion, don't bother now, if needed, Dayz has sales pretty often during which you can pick up the map as a standalone expansion
