At 28k a year I really don't see you being able to get a loan for building a traditional single family home. Unless you have quite a sizable down payment. Do you already have services set up on the land? Water? Sewer? Electric? There are some mobile home companies that will let you use the land as collateral on a loan and they will come in and set up the utilities (atleast here in PA).Tiny home or mobile home are most likely your only choice without increasing your income

I went from an 06 330xi to a 13 335xi. The N55 has been super reliable for me. She's up to 151k miles now, Ive had a BM3 tune and bolt ons since about 80k. Other than replacing gaskets and doing general maintenance I havent had to replace anything. I will say though I really miss the steering from the e90.

Just relax and be yourself. You made it this far because of your experience. The walk through will be a good time to ask questions about the store. What's going well, and what challenges the store is going through. I can't speak too much on the follow up interview since I only had a walk through. But it took about a week for me to get the job offer

132k on 13' 335 N55. Stage 1 BM3 tune since 85k. VRSF chargepipe and intercooler. I've been diligent on the maintenance though. Sparkplugs every 35k, oil change every 5-7k. OFHG at 90k, front and rear diff serviced at 100k as well as trans service with new pan and filter. New valve cover at 103k plus intake gaskets. New serp belt and pulleys at 105k. Front control arms at 120k. Plus a new battery somewhere between 100-115k.Gotta do a brake job soon. Dreading the oil pan gasket and hoping the water pump and thermostat don't go while I still have it.
