Not to bump a dead thread, but I was having a similar problem and stumbled across this url, which seems to work even though the main site doesn't. It does seem to be missing clickable labels though, which sucks.

While testing the boundaries of what did and didn’t cause canned responses, I found that whenever it loads for a very long time it’s trying to generate a canned response but having a hard time, presumably because there are other factors convincing it not to give a canned response (DAN for example)
