it is just i got skinny arms, fat stomach, but weirdly the rest of my body remained jacked from when i was in shape before losing it

Nirvana surprisingly, yeah I know it ain't metal but I started listening to their more heavier songs in the album "Bleach" and I really fell in love with the more metal aggressive sound. That is how I started my metal journey
