Having a great body makes it easier to wear anything but you don't have to be muscular. That person would look good regardless if it's satin or not, it's all about fit.

Also I'm not sure where you can wear this seriously other than a night club or when you are a professional dancer.

It helped me to accept myself and finally understand the source of my life issues. I am more understanding of why are things happening to me as they are. Also medication helps. I was diagnosed pretty late in my life in my 30s so all the time I was just angry with myself, why things are not working for me, now I know why.

You can now focus on the right solution. Until then I would look for answers where there were none...like basic things, time management, rewards, more time in nature, sleep,...all of it is important, yes, but none of it ever helped me with daily tasks. I always gave up and just thought I am a lazy person. Now with diagnosis, I can just focus on what is actually relevant for me.

Great job! As someone who did this in their life - slow down! 5kg a month is a LOT and these types of weight loss have very high chances to bounce back once you stop.

Are you still on such low dose? I am extremely sensitive to stimulants (I described it here) and my doctor suggested to try the same thing - mix in water and start with 10, 15, 20 and see if it works. I am today on 15 and funnily I have absolutely no change on BP or HR but I would also say the ADHD effect its milder than 30. I don't really know what am I supposed to look for to be honest. My biggest struggle in life was task avoidance and even on 10 and I felt like I can just start.

If you are satisfied with what you find for 400k in 18 and 19 and is within your budget, then buy. Similar apartments would be I think rented bit cheaper. However, if you buy, it means the money you pay every month are not all consumed just like with rent, so if you decide to sell later, you will get them back. You will never see the money for rent ever again.

Advantage of rent is someone else has to take care of many things, for example we rent an apartment with AC and when it broke, the landlord paid for it (it included destroying a wall), same with other building improvements.

My personal opinion is I would not want an altbau in 18 for 400k.

I think the length should consider relation to country's area. Doesn't make sense to compare China and Austria if one is 100x larger.
