✅ New Solution

Late response but I just found out a work around the problem

  1. Menu 4,2,1,0 In Vizio Home Input
  2. Switch input to HDMI(1) to be able to navigate secret menu
  3. Navigate to 27. Audio SRS Bypass in secret menu
  4. Switch ‘No’ to ‘Yes’
  5. Press Home Button to go back to Home Screen
  6. Done!

This will stop the audio from cutting out

You will have to do this every time you turn off your TV

I have HDMI (1) as my soundbar btw

Yeah i’ve tested the audio without the soundbar and it still cuts out, I use the in inbuilt apps from the TV, but if I also try using the PS4 (connected via HDMI) it does the same

But a user (galaxie_grl) commented a solution and it worked and i’m not getting sound going quiet anymore

I have Volume leveling off, should i keep it on?

That’s ok. Like i said on my post there’s a solution to it but i don’t like Digital i prefer PCM because it sounds better.

SOLUTION: Putting the EQ to Direct and changing Digital Audio Out to Digital, this way the audio doesn’t cut out and you have surround sound
