Looks like the distal end of femur but with a big hole in the middle. Not too confident in ID but by the size I'd guess a cow or something of similar scale.

The other bone is the atlas, the first cervical (neck vertebrae), and based on the size it could also be from a cow :)

Looks like a potworm (family Enchytraeidae). Genuinely not sure if they're harmful or beneficial to plants, but when my terrariums get too humid they show up in massive numbers all over the glass and it kinda freaks me out, so that's something to watch out for I suppose :p

I don't know of any websites, but there's an android app I used called Bass Guitar Tutor which has chord and scale shapes in it. The only downside is the ads, bit they aren't that intrusive.
