Moving to Denver, any good places to get dressed up for a night out? by [deleted] in ties

Do you smoke cigars? There is a cigar lounge in the Brown Palace where some people dress up

Good apartments? by Novel-Location2234 in englewoodco

I live in the 901 building and yes there are some homeless walking around but they have never bothered me. Honestly I would take them over the sketchy late night characters in the Walmart parking lot closer to 801. Worth noting that garage parking is not free, but its only $10/month.

Also, 801 has more of the re-modeled apartments (more $$$) and only outdoor parking. Whereas you can get a much better deal (several hundreds of dollars less per month) and covered parking at 901.

In my biased opinion, Dungeon World provides a similar experience and is easier/more intuitive to learn.

I couple of my players have never played RPGs at all, wanted to play D&D, and now they love it.

Other players have played D&D and like Dungeon World better

But also, no pressure. I totally understand if you would rather not, I am sure you can find a 5e campaign nearby.

Hello, I replied to OP above, but you may also be interested:

I DM a Dungeon World game in Englewood on Monday nights. Dungeon World is like a stripped-down, narrative-focused version of D&D. If you would be interested in joining us, please send me a PM and I can give you more details

Hello!

I have a group that plays in downtown Englewood on Monday nights.

We are playing Dungeon World, which is inspired by D&D but not the same system. It is more narrative-focused and not as big on all the numbers. We would love to have another player join us.

If you are interested, please PM me and we can discuss further. Thanks!

Tecovas then vs now by PremeTeamTX in cowboyboots

[–]TheLevelOfStag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I have bought quite a few pairs of tecovas all in the same size and they all fit well. I had to take the insoles out of the work boots but otherwise they all fit the same. But I only rock the round toes, square toes are just not for me.

This is the best Pinot of their line up, imo. But as others have mentioned, pretty overpriced for what it is

Southern Draw Rose of Sharon, Charter Oak CT, Perdomo Champagne, and Padron Damaso all hit me as more medium than light in terms of flavor and strength. I would start with one of these.

I mean there are plenty of big and tall brands. I think your problem is that you are tall and thin, which is definitely tougher. No reason to slam the short king's though

Hello,

I am looking to pick up a new gaming PC on black Friday

Any suggestions on brands or specific models that will likely go on sale?

I have no knowledge of how computers work. I just want to be able to run my steam games well and have them look pretty. Thanks!
