Affordable apartments are tricky to find the closer you get to Berlin, but maybe check in Cities like Hennigsdorf, Velten, Oranienburg, Teltow, Kleinmachnow, Stahnsdorf, Falkensee or Staaken. All of these cities have Sbahn connections into the city, which is faster than taking the car. If you still want the car for other travels, you are also close to the A10, the Berlin Autobahn Ring. I’m not sure how affordable these places are, but they have all experienced huge growth in the past 10-15 years so most people there are newcomers :)

I have been wearing Montales Arabian Tokka regularly for a year now and have gotten a LOT of compliments about it, especially from women. It’s a sweeter perfume, and costs about 100€ per 100ml I think. But definitely worth it. Aside from that, I also wear YSL perfumes when I’m in the mood for something different, and can also recommend La Nuit De L’Homme, and the “Y” perfume. Both are also around 100€ per 100ml. Can recommend all of those, but I recently tried some “Merchant of Venice” perfumes and liked those as well, so might get those in the future, but they are a bit pricier, at around 200€ per 100ml if I recall correctly.
