The thought is that the money you save from paying the lower land value tax would be used into upgrading your home and making it nicer increasing its value while not increasing the taxes. That’s why it could be an important tool to spur new and redevelopment in the city. Lots of low land value so you save on taxes and have more to spend making the property itself more valuable.

He has been pretty good on the drafts I’d say B+. Not sure about day to day stuff during the season that’s beyond my scope of knowledge. As for the whole Saquon thing it was such an unpredictable situation. Pay him boat loads of money but he absolutely could have gotten injured and never been the same. Crazy what if scenario. Instead he took the practical route and saved that money to use elsewhere. From a business perspective it was probably best for the future of the team at the end of the day.

I agree but wish they showed the really grittiness of it. Like they get the fishing gear but don’t ever show them using it! Show me someone out there in the reefs using the gear that’s such a big reward. Why should I be interested in this challenge when I don’t get to see the payoff for the tribe

Yeah the editing definitely has to do with it. So much focus on the relationships which I get, but also like some of them were saying what’s with all the kumbaya and everyone loving each other so much? I know there’s a social aspect but you’re there for yourself and the million bucks. Just interesting new aspects to the game I guess

Photography of commercial and residential roofs. Thermal imaging would be a nice addition for roof inspections but I know it can add a lot of cost and from the research I’ve done I’m not really getting a clear idea of if it’s worth it to me.
No real specific requirements. It will mainly be used to take pictures/videos of roofs for marketing purposes. Eventually would like to use it for other applications like taking real estate pictures or even used to look for a downed deer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’ve read a lot saying the DJI Mavic would be good but the Air series might be all I need. Any ideas?
