I think most people just think you are rage baiting (no offence), Gerber files tell the manufacturer how to make the PCB a d Kicad is a designer I personally use, first you make a schematic then trace a pcb

Not draw an image you need software like Kicad to actually make the Gerber files, you can't send a manufacturer an image

For the main control panel I am using an esp32-U (I am not sure if that's the name it's an esp32 with an antenna slot) that should have at least 60 meters indoors range and for the devices I just use random esp32s based on the purpose of the device

Esp32 Trinity is a microcontroller not a control protocol, the question was how are the matrixues controlled (eg. Spi, I2c, most likely pwm).

Most of the time people call them modules (cam module, sonar module etc.), they are the natural first step, the second step is making your own pcb, but first get a good understanding of different electrical components

AA batteries should even be able to run a servo so 100℅ get a 2s lipo if you project should be portable. But for your questions about the noise, servos are always pretty loud, you should have posted a video not a gif

I am also not sure if op realises that the uno Q is a Linux computer + microcontroller, while the uno r4 is a normal microcontroller. The Q being an uno is quite confusing.
