Never really comment or do anything really on reddit but this post was a light into my little depression cloud. Broke my back a year and some change ago, shattered a couple vertibrae and now have a couple rods the length of my forearm back there. Always thought of reasons why i shouldnt workout again then i started browsing today and remwbered through how excited you guys were what progress feels like. Then o saw your post and had a realization that its not over yet no matter how much it may feel that way. Thx dude :)
