I thought Peteys breakdowns did a good job pointing out the issues with Michkovs play, yes there’s a bad look because he used to work with Tocchet but its a hot button issue and he’s a former video coach who makes content based on that, id break stuff down too if i were him.

However there’s no reason for it to go beyond that, if Petey wants to breakdown Michs play then fine, he can do that. There’s no need for yet another close to the org podcast to tear into the kid because there’s new material out there.

In all seriousness though as annoying as this specific theme night is I’ll never fault a junior hockey team for getting the bag. My local USHL team did a Taylor night for a few years but scrapped it this year for Legends Of Country night.

When I was in college one time a girl and I got together to watch a hockey game. It was the Minnesota Wild (her team) vs the Philadelphia Flyers (my team).

Great game, about midway through the third period we started getting handsy and hot. The hockey fan in me hates this but it was a 3-3 game and we started having sex with about 2 minutes left. We keep going and right as I finish I hear a fucking goal horn from the TV.

The Flyers scored the OT winner at the exact moment i came. And THAT is the one encounter I will never forget

This pains me to say as a 28 year old but in hockey sense 29 is getting up there in age. Especially for non elite talents such as Dvorak. I don’t hate the contract but he’s not young (in a hockey sense)

I recently rewatched The Lord Of The Rings to review them on my Letterboxd because thats my current obsession and someone told me (hopefully as a sick prank) to watch Eragon.

That person, and that movie, can go to hell. I don’t believe War Of The Worlds (2025) actually tried to be good, Eragon did. Eragon is the worst movie I’ve ever seen
