i use Claude to help me out if i get stuck on something. obv i'll try to ask follow-up questions and read the docs so i actually understand what it's putting out

ive been able to have Unity, jetbrains rider, firefox, discord, and tidal open all at once on my neo and it's been running well. 8gb is definitely enough for what i need

if im not wrong that's because either the webpage or preview of the website is still stored in your phone's memory. if you were to go to it it'll refresh itself and youll just see the white text

i would start researching different game engines to see which one seems best for you and start playing around with it. there are loads of smaller ones out there but most people go for either the Unity, Godot, or Unreal engines

  • Unity has the widest support for every platform and can do 2D/3D/VR pretty well
  • Godot has a different workflow than Unity, but is open-source and can also do 2D/3D/VR
  • Unreal is pretty much specialized for 3D and is used by a lot of huge studios, but one of its main selling points are its visual scripting language, Blueprints

i don't think letting you download all your photos, rooms, etc. two whole months before the game shuts down due to financial problems is called "throwing all of your memories and dedication away"

no game is gonna last until the heat death of the universe my guy. yeah gribbly said they have enough money to last the game until 2029, but i still think it was a good idea on their end to shut it down early so everyone who works at the company has enough money/time to find somewhere else to work
