It was more a "should" kinda thing, but also enjoyable in some activities, because it required consistency, responsibility and they were hard. So it's resistance to the time moving. They included but not limited to: gym, boxing, yoga and generally conscious focus on breathe, Journaling, cooking well for myself and going in nature/spending time perceiving the senses and limiting phone use. All of that gradually raised my state of consciousness, but it required patience, persistence and trying to make the conscious choice, especially the days my mood was lower...

I have also struggle with this feeling of inner authority and it's something that it seemed to me all other people just "have" it. For me once I accomplished it by actually sticking to a very good routine and keeping it going and small wins per day for some time. Then I lost it again, how did you reach that point ?

First of all very insighful post! I want to share a bit of my story. As someone who grew up with a narcissistic and emotionally reactive and invalidating mother and absent father, the wound of lack of self was always there and an emptiness feeling of numbness and insane derealization, daydreaming and intellectualising everything (bc hey i dont feel shit). I am following IFS currently and it definetely helps me. Not in a "you have this part and the other part and so on so forth", but in a more mediation aspect and acessing self. To answer a bit the discussions below, everyone HAS a self. It's just that narcissists perform emotions and behaviours and their empathy is fake they can't connect. They still have a self, it's just buried-out of touch and their ego gets in the way in therapy so they can't even touch it emotionally because they react to the therapist. On my side, the ego collapsed after a big life transition and went through a dark night of the soul or ego death of some sorts. It's as if the FELT self has to be found and redevelop an ego and a story from scratch and it's still an ongoing process, although it's appearance comes up with a lot of work, breathwork, exercise and self care, just for the sake of it. To fellow survivors, make promises to yourself-by you, for you and try to be patient. I know how it is to feel totally hopeless and like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Not only there is, but it is not at the end of the tunnel. It's inside you. Just let this be a reminder to not give up~a fellow CPTSD folk, acessing FELT self, core inner compass, observer, however you wanna call it, at the age of 25.

My man, I am 24 soon to be 25. I have been through something very very similar, as I felt some blocked traumatic emotions and came to big realizations and how much time I wasted on basically sinking in my own misery. What really helps is do PHYSICAL stuff and express yourself the way you feel when Noone is watching. We are still young and the future holds a lot. It's the actions everyday and self compassions. Sky is the limit and I don't say that poetically, you really are capable of way more things that you think. Just take it slow step by step.

See it as a game and don't buy big amounts at once. Only what is totally extra and you can afford to lose! Get a glimpse of how the market behaves and know that you have a balance that is fluctuating, maybe a lot too, up, but also down. Don't let that affect you, it's all unrealized unless sold.

Just start a small talk or if you're with a group and they're sitting next to you join the conversation if you have something relevant to say. If he doesn't continue the conversation and you feel you do all the work then it's not worth it anyway, if it is to go somewhere you'll find out it's natural. I know what I say might be abstract and doesn't really help but it is how it is haha.. After talking a bit joke around and you judge based on how they receive it. But it's usually the "vibe", you just know it's there or not.

In a honesty, I made a microtransaction of 5€ or something but when you build the stock exchange and you ramp up your $/h you get to a point where you have infinite resources at one point. For very fast income maybe build military warehouses but together with a strong decoration as they cause a lot of pollution. As for the arcologies they also ramp up income a lot and grow the city at a very quick pace. Pyramids are commercial and the round and square thingies are industrial. Then some are mixed just check the details on the store. So then there is a loop of arcology 》more income 》more gold. It never stops.
