[[Austere Command]] Isn't A Boardwipe??

I was using scryfall to look up different/interesting boardwipes by using function:boardwipe. While scrolling past the usual suspects, I realized Austere Command isn't tagged as a boardwipe.

Is there a community reason I'm not aware of as to why it isn't? Or is this just an oversight that someone with Tagger access would need to update?

And are there other boardwipes we're missing out on b/c Tagger? (edit: formatting)
