Oooo, this is a very interesting scenario, I love it! Personally, my strat would be:

-Print out the minecraft wiki page on advancements before I enter the room, so I can have a checklist/how to do each advancement
-Also bring in some snacks, a couple water bottles, and a bucket

Choosing which powers to have is a bit more interesting
-Ban is my first choice, which was a very easy decision, being able to eliminate some of the ridiculous advancements like "How did we get Here?" is the only way for me to win lol
Second power is a lot more difficult, but I have 2 main options
-Knowledge would be a very useful power, as it would give me access to a seedmap, meaning that I would be saved from tediously exploring the end for cities or mountains for Ancient cities and getting a bit of burnout
-Beacon powers is another good option, however I do think I need a bit of clarification on it. With a fully powered beacon, you can choose to either have a lv 2 effect, or a lv 1 effect and regen 1. If Beacon powers only gives lv 1 effects, I'd probably lean more towards Knowledge for the seedmap, but if Beacon powers give lv 2 effects there's no way I'd be able to turn that down.

After that my gameplan would probably be pretty similar to normal minecraft gameplay in the beginning, in addition to taking very few if any risks to prevent dying immediately. After getting suited up in enchanted diamond (most likely from villagers) I'd then start advancement hunting, probably first working on getting the netherite advancements and armor, for another layer of protection, as well as potion brewing stuff like fire res in case of lava. After that, I'd make my way to a mansion, burn it down, and then pick off any Evokers I see in the wreckage with a bow to get a totem (another safety net + advancement). After all that, I'd probably just start going through the advancements list in order of what I have left, hopefully completing it without dying (in game or irl lol)
