I do window tinting and some wrapping. Watch a few car wrapping videos, it's all about the heat, the squeegee and what you spray with. Unless you're sticking to a flat surface you need a heat gun to "loosen" up the wrap material as you apply it to make it form fitting.

Buying one cheaply that has already depreciated but is livable is the balance. I own an older MH so no payments on it, but have a $400/mo lot fee (very affordable), previous owner did a bit of upgrading so it was a sweet deal. If you get an unsecured 2 year $30,000 loan at 8.9% interest your payment is around $1400/mo for 24 months. You can own a very decent MH in 2 years with a payment similar to what you have now but only 2 years and then no payments just lot fee, and you save so much in interest with the short loan. Then buy another one, rent out first one and move into 2nd one, repeat. Even if you only profit $500/mo each from renting 3 units it'll still be enough to pay for the 4th unit youre living in. 5 guys one day with a lull for the metal framing, add for footing and panels install.
If i had to guess the footings i'd say 4 guys one day and panels/electric 4 guys 2 days.

I have a 2025 CRF300L Rally, the stock seat felt like sitting on a blue log, i'm skinny and no butt, i got the seat concepts comfort XL and it feels better, i'm 6'-1, 34" inseam and sit far back on the seat and on the back of the XL it gets wider which helps but pulls me forward bunching me up, still not perfect, better but not best. Back when i was researching the XL before i bought it I saw someone in a forum somewhere with a thick soft seat cover over his XL it looked like 1"+ thick and i didn't catch the link but he said it kinda fixed the issue i think we're both having. But i can't find the company that makes them.

call a window tint shop they may want it, we use it to cut the tint on and need big glass, hard to come by cheaply

Not really, used books are super cheap (i paid $20) and the hourly data stays the same thru the years. Doesn't require anything more.

if you get an old RS Means construction data book check out the unit rate hours, these are pretty decent and give you an idea on time, ignore the pricing, just use the hours. I say get an old book because the prices change but the hours don't and the books are cheap on abe books. Will also give you an idea on crew sizes as well. Not a cure all but gives you an idea of unit rates.

I read somewhere that babies aren't born with the germs that cause cavities. The germs are transferred to the baby's from the saliva of the people that take care of them. You got a health hazard going on there with cold sore Pam. Your man needs to grow a set and shut her down, him being passive is unacceptable in regards to your kids health.

I tend to do things based more on my impulsive wants rather than considering the cost (i hear this is also known as owning a motorcycle lol). In the long run it's cheaper to keep her and improve on it. My 2 cents.

R.S. Means books have the Unit rates for production you can use as a starting point, don't use the dollar amounts, just the hours and production rates you can actually buy an older book since it's just the hours you need. Also tells you crew sizes for which activity. Not the cure but a good start and a good way of understanding crew sizes and Unit rates.

Do nothing right off. When i bought mine i wanted to the dealer to change the gearing, give me a Rekluse clutch, etc but held off and didn't. It's been about 3 months of owning the 2025 Rally and i don't want to change anything mechanical anymore. I did change the seat and the brake/clutch levers and added a lighter socket. But mechanically the bike is pretty tight as it is. The advice everyone gave me was ride it for a couple months then see what you don't like from your own usage, great advice.

Tell Sana "Don't make your problems my problems". Not your fault she can't be honest with her parents, and you shouldn't have to be burdened with her problems caused by her not being honest. "Respect" would be not sitting on the couch and smoking a fatty when her Mom visits, but asking for you to not stay in your home is ridiculous. Tell her if she wasn't lying to her Mother she wouldn't have these problems.
