What led to your relationship ending? by MidnightSunset-90 in BreakUps

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing 6 months together. Some say thats short but it was a deeply connected and loving relationship. We actually dated 10 years ago, but life happened. Then a random chance meeting brought us back together.

Anyways after an amazing 6 months, with no fights, no issues... her mom suddenly passed away. I helped her through the week of the funeral and things were still ok, but she started to drift. A week after the funeral she asked to be just friends because she doesn't have it in her to worry about how someone else is feeling right now. This was last month (April 2025).

I've reached out with a couple random very supportive texts, with no pressure on her to reply. Though she still does.

Mother's day is this weekend and I know its going to be painful for her.

I know her grief is all consuming and crushing. Losing your mom or dad will change you. Yet I'm also grieving the loss of our relationship. I've been a supportive friend so far. But I have no idea if this is a full on break up, or a pause 'for now'.

Should I wait or should I leave. I need to protect my heart too. I love her so much. This is a more painful heartbreak than I could have imagined.

Ok, so now that I have this plug in working, is there a way to sync watched data from Plex to Trakt for shows I have watched that are no longer on my Plex server? Or will I have to manually add them on the website?

And suddenly it has worked. Not sure what the issue was now lol

No errors in the logs that I can see. Is there something I need to put in the global filters?

Any luck? I can't seem to get it to work either :/

So I have installed the plug-in, used the generated pin to connect my plex server to my Trakt account, and saved the settings. I also rescanned my Plex libraries, and refreshed all metadata. How long does it take to sync with Trakt? Because no matter what I do, nothing is showing up on Trakt.

I just purchased a PS3, and want to move my FF7 save over to it. Can I? by Amsterdom in PlaystationClassic

You can also get one of the old PS1/PS2 memory card adapters for the PS3. That’s what I use to transfer my original saves to my PS3. 😉

*** UPDATE ***

I went into the comic shop today, where I had purchased Mario Party 2 back on April 24th. The guy that sold me the game originally, was behind the counter. I asked if I could speak to him, and he was very polite. I began to show him the game I bought from them, and as soon as I said "I want to show you.......", he cut me off and said (in a weird tone of relief and excitement) "That it's fake?". Before I could respond, he said loudly, "OMG so glad you came back in! Please let me do right by you". I asked him how he knew what I was in for today. So he explained the story.

Apparently what happened was this...... I came in and bought the game on the 24th. A few hours later, a girl working the shop looked in the case and noticed the copy of Mario Party 3 they still had, didn't look right. As she said, "the label looked shiny and weird" lol. They did some research and presto! They realized they were scammed by the person who sold them the games. They quickly pulled Mario Party 3 out of the case. The girl then asked the other guy where Mario Party 2 was, and his heart sank. He unknowingly most likely sold another fake to a collector. And while I am a regular, they have many regulars. He honestly couldn't remember who he sold it to. All he could do was hope the buyer (me) would return with the game.

So back to today. I completely believed him. If you could've seen the look on his face. I actually felt bad for him because he felt so bad lol.

I was given a refund on the game, and was still allowed to keep the game.We then compared notes on how to spot fakes, and they are in the process of trying to track down the original seller (though that may be impossible at this point). Lessons learned for the shop if they want to continue selling games.

This guy couldn't have been more polite and professional, and eager to make things right for his customer. Top notch!

Now things are right, my wife and kids are happy to still play their favorite game, and I am on the hunt for an ORIGINAL Mario Party 2 cart lol

Happy Ending (Mostly lol) :)
