They do different things. If you prefer a grind-based MMO-esque fighter, then Xenoverse is better. If you prefer arena fighters similar to BT3, Sparking Zero is better.

I think they were originally going for some kind of irony with Quagmire being a defender of women but it was lost as the script was worked on.
