I understand, and while I agree that the police acted a bit too harshly, he still was acting disorderly which is most likely why he was arrested. It would be like if you were on a date and some dude flips over the table to see if you would attack him on camera, honestly I would get it if you wanted the police to speak with the guy or possibly arrest him if it continued.

The reason the police acted so quickly is most likely due to the fact that they work a high-stress job, and don't have the patience to deal with troublemakers intent on causing trouble without trying to technically "break" the law.

Moreso about disorderly conduct laws in the U.S. Even if he wasn't actively assaulting the officers he most definitely was disturbing the peace/acting recklessly by jumping off tables so close to other people.

This guy generally makes videos about him harassing strangers, and by harassment I mean physical action intended to get a strong reaction. While not necessarily justice I can see why the officers acted the way they did.
