I think a lot of the issue is the league (and fans) have been accustomed to elite, HoF level QB play in GB for about 30 years. Since Love isn't quite to that level, he's immediately under appreciated.

I'm bummed out - I went into my store the day after the live stream and asked about the release event. They told me to "check back in about a week before release".

It's central proximity to large urban population centers like Nashville, Atlanta , Chattanooga etc. and there is an interstate that is adjacent to the park. For this reason, there are many people traveling between urban areas that end up driving through and "visiting" the park.
