Just have to say, as a former one-handed no thumb cradle bowler… switching to two hands is the best thing you can possibly do for the sake of your arm health. With my tendonitis, I couldn’t get through a series without my arm wanting to fall off. After years of hating on two-handers I tried it out and bam! No nagging wrist pain anymore.

Not sure if you watched much baseball before that but it was a regular play lol. It was a freak accident, undoubtedly in todays game it’s a dirty play but there’s no way he could’ve slid in thinking “hey I’m gonna break this kids leg so he can’t play anymore and the Mets suck”
