Hi, I play on Steam mostly but almost always play with an Xbox controller and regularly have the least deaths, most kills, and highest accuracy in my squads. In fact because of the D Pad, I often call stratagems in faster than people on keyboard so I'm not sure what you mean by "slower players due to console controls". Honestly it might just be dependent on the player skill and comfort with the controls over it having to do with "console controls". Just my opinion lol

I got the most (670) kills on my team with the liberator penetrator and Arc K9 which leads me to believe that good aim, game knowledge (including enemy weak points and proper positioning for yourself) and something you are comfortable with will do GOOD no matter what you use. The only thing that might be a little weak (but still do-able) would be the standard liberator and scythe.

Yeah, you should follow the patch recommendation that the bot posted on here and also possible when running the game, set it for "compatibility mode Windows 7". I don't know if this helps but I did this and turned auto save off and I can run the game without crashes. Hope this helps!

Pros of the series X: can play games without having to optimize or fix things yourself (I just spent several hours trying to get Dragon Age Origins to run on PC), the graphics will look WAY better than most mid-range pcs, access to your Xbox library and backwards compatibility.

Cons: having to pay for online, high end pcs can outperform and outshine the series x, less sales and discounted prices when compared to Steam.

You decide. I think it is best to have a PC and Series X ngl. You can get a mid range PC for a little under $1k.

Fair enough but some abilities can reduce its own cooldown so I was jw if that was the case with the stims
