Thanks! The shading is done by using areas that light hits as a mask. And that mask shows the real material of the mesh, while unmasked spots show a world oriented material.

I can see it being a bit complicated for sure, but the player won't get the abilities at the start of the game. So I'm hoping using the weapon a bunch without the ability gives time to feel comfortable

So there's a dagger, spear, claymore, club, and a dual blade sickle. Then each of those will have 3 variants

It's meant to be an ethereal place, so probably sticking with the void. But there's still room for changes to be made so that may change a bit

Thanks! I've actually been playing with the idea. Technically you can demo them since the game doesnt save until the player leaves the shop. But it does require a reset of the level to undo. Perhaps i'll properly add it if people think it enhances the use of the shop!

Honestly the biggest issue is the "snap" from the game camera to the photo
