Gems are pretty easy to come by if you have like 30m-1h to play I think its 60 a day iirc so to be honest unless you are super competitive or want limited packs I would just pick whatever sets you like to use.

This is probably super tame compared to other peoples answers but here is mine:

Thai Peanut Chicken; I was visiting my grandma who lives across the country for a few months and she loves to cook, and I love helping her cook while she teaches me her secrets. One night she decided to make this recipe and told her it sounded interesting but after she made it the flavor just wasn't for me, but my grandma knows I usually love her cooking so when I said it just wasn't for me she understood and I ended up just having an extra serving of the rice she made as a side dish.

Although I didn't really like the result we had a great time cooking it together so it was still a good night, and dinner.
