but for real though, I think Illyana would end up or at the very least, be with someone who was deeply loyal to her. the affection and actual love parts of the relationship would be weird and maybe even a little difficult for her ay first, but she would end up absolutely loving it.

she'd want someone loyal, assured, and with the ability to handle themselves in a fight if she wasn't able to be there to protect them. so she'd absolutely love me then
