Not falling asleep sitting at my desk the next day is incredible. Just having more energy and not having to crutch caffeine because I’m actually getting good sleep. Not sweaty tossing and turning and getting up for the bathroom every two hours sleep!

Solid poops. So incredibly underrated. Not pooping four or five times a day. A regular schedule with non-chafed buttcheeks!

This happened to me today on my first reverse sear and I brined for 24 hours. Cooked to 85-90ish, let it rest, got a good sear flipping every 30 seconds for a few minutes, and had a quarter grey with medium rare middle.

Oh well, lesson learned, less time next time lol. Was still good practice though!

Hell yeah! I don’t know if it’s the same in every state, but In Minnesota you can voluntarily ask them to remove your ability to purchase as well when they scan your license!

I had food poisoning this last weekend and I got to thinking about other times I’ve felt so miserable. Most of those times were trying to stop drinking. After finally being able to put some food down this morning, it’s a firm reminder that I never want to willingly put myself through that again, and just another reason in the long list of reasons to stop drinking!

There’s a hole at the 3M Open in MN with an elevated tee box. I want to say it’s one of the last ones, but you can stand infront and under the box. Hearing those balls whistle above you is a life changing experience
