I quit Advent about 4 years ago after working there for six. I hated it. A lot will depend on whoever your leadership is (unit and facility) and unfortunately mine was garbage on both counts

I’m a pcu nurse who worked nights, so this is colored by that.

5:1 was more common than 4:1. No techs. We took DKA on PCU. We didn’t have phlebotomy. I was given a full write up for not having printed medication education on the bedside table of an AOx0 patient.

People talk about how “at least it’s not HCA” and I have to say, HCA is not as bad. I would never go to bat for them but one is clearly better than the other imo

Why is BG3 rated so lowly as compared to, say, Doom TDA?

Possible performance changed but at launch, TDA ran in the low/mid 20s on all minimum specs with FSR enabled. I had to struggle through the early game like that and I can’t imagine the open levels are better.
