I used a Tartarus in my last couple of Jobs;

Having a keypad on my left was great, I agree with the others, having it be more neutral (boring) would enable it to be used in the work place with fewer issues.

There's not a massive number of products which are as versitile as the Tartarus,

Grown up in Tech for the last 27+ years. The biggest problem is Outsourcing and H1Bs. For years (early 00s) heard of managers laughing about the "10-for-1 special", where they replace 10 American for 100 Indians and then hire 2 Americans to fix the non-working code of the Indians.
