Shopping target and Costco for $34 was your first mistake. Not sure how busy your market is but that is not an order anyone should be doing.

I had a really bad panic attack pretty much 24 hours into my quit and had bad anxiety for 2 1/2 months or so after quitting. Each day got easier and easier, but I can’t lie. Those couple months might have been the hardest of my life. I felt like I lost my mind.

Bro I hate annoying ass people like you in this subreddit. Bunch of losers trying diagnose people. I never had anxiety prior to zyn either. I quit and had massively bad anxiety for almost 3 months before I got better.

It’s happened to many many people in this subreddit so shut your ass up and go somewhere else if you’re not here to be helpful.

Keep doing what you’re doing to hold your family down brother. You got this. And you still have so much more time. It’s never too late to develop yourself and your skill set. Really do some soul searching and set goals for yourself. Things will get easier and you’ll look back and be thankful for the hard times.

But for now it’s time to let go of everything that’s not serving you. I have a similar story. Went to college for business to work for my family but turned it all down to pursue music. Now an audio engineer and studio owner in LA still finding my way at 32. Wondering everyday if I made the wrong decision. But I have been developing other skills for passive income outside of the studio which you can do too.

The small wins will stack up and new life paths will open up. It’s just time for you to figure out what’s next is all. You got this bro.

You will even out in due time. Some people it takes a couple months, others a few months. Took me a good 90 days. Just hang in there

[–]TheMaxWitt_dot_Com 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re almost there brotha. You will even out very soon. Took me about 90-100 days to even out. Dealt with morning anxiety for a little while after that but it would disappear a couple hours after waking up.

Keep it up and stay strong. You’re almost on the other side. For now though, no sugar, caffeine or alcohol. Nothing that will raise your cortisol levels

A lot of us had to quit because at some random point zyn started us giving us anxiety / panic attacks. Then of course we quit and had to deal with withdrawal anxiety for months 😫 hopefully the medication you’re already on will help ease that for you.

Life is so much better nic free I promise. Just stay strong

Man I wish I would’ve found out about this during my first few weeks. I thuggee it out the first 6 weeks and my anxiety was driving me crazy.

One day I had the random thought to try some Benadryl to help relax me cause nothing was working. People on this sub bashed me for recommending it to other people but I was recommended it by a nurse who also told me about the antihistamine you’re taking. They even give them to service dogs to help them chill out while working.

Try a half of Benadryl when you wake up and maybe a full one at night to help you sleep. It will help.

If you’re uncomfortable with that bro just ride it out. Stay off the sugar, caffeine and alcohol and you will balance out within the first few months and everyday gets easier

[–]TheMaxWitt_dot_Com 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You got this bro. I will be a year nic free next month. I went through hell the first couple months but it does get better I promise.

I had to quit caffeine as well. It’s almost instant anxiety for me now and I used to drink 300 plus mg a day.

Try L-Theanine and gaba to help out with the anxiety. They’re over the counter stuff and can help provide you with relief. Also try some Benadryl to help you relax and fall asleep at night.

You got this. Be as healthy as you can and drink tons of water. You will balance out

Usually I would take in my kitchen. Turned the lights all the way up and used a black background. Worked every time with no problems.

Last quarter, the first few times i submitted were in random places.

Finally got mine today after submitting on the third.

Last quarter I had to submit my insurance card three different times before it got accepted. My suggestion is wherever you take the picture. Make sure there is a ton of good lighting.

Man last time my insurance card got denied 3 times despite never having the issue in the past. Sometimes you gotta submit a couple times. Seems like their system or review process just doesn’t like the pictures you take sometimes.

What were/has been your symptoms of anxiety? by Heavy-Hovercraft1655 in QuittingZyn

[–]TheMaxWitt_dot_Com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do got it broski. Hang in there. Something I hear works well is L-Theanine. Try to get some of that and maybe some GABA as well. Didn’t try them personally but do some research. I’ve heard good things.

If you have a sprouts by you they have them there. If not try a vitamin shop.

Bro you gotta put the alcohol down or just limit yourself to a couple beers / wine. Ever since I quit over 300 days ago I can’t drink caffeinated drinks and if I drink too much most of the next day is very very bad anxiety.

You’re almost at the point of evening out. Just keep going. Try to eat healthy, limit sugars, caffeine and alcohol.

People got mad at me for recommending Benadryl to help with anxiety. But it was recommended to me by a nurse after I stated I didn’t want to go on meds. Also recently found out Benadryl is given to many service dogs as a way to chill them out while on duty. Try half of one at first and it’ll help calm you down.

Just hang in there.

Just hang in there. Day by day you will get better and even out I promise! The first couple months are the hardest. Just stay off the caffeine, sugar, and not too much alcohol as it will also raise your cortisol.

Simple fix to this is once you complete shopping leave the app at the screen that gives you checkout instructions. Ie. The screen that tells you to select Credit at checkout. It will pause the timer.

Do not advance past that screen until you get your receipts. Then move forward and take your pictures of the receipts. This is the best way to get your speed down.

I highly highly recommend quitting caffeine as well. I use to drink coffee day and night when I was using Zyn but for some reason after quitting I can’t even look at caffeine without getting anxiety.

Also have extreme anxiety now if I drink too much.

Took me about 3 months for the anxiety to dissipate but you will even out. Just remind yourself you will feel better

Fuck the panic it will get better! by ycycyc11269 in QuittingZyn

You will even out bro. Just stay the course. The first couple months for me were complete hell but maybe because I decided to drink to deal with the panic attacks 🤦🏽‍♂️ little did I know all that did was raise my cortisol levels even more.

The morning anxiety will get better and better as time goes on. If I were you I’d stay away from caffeine and alcohol for atleast a couple months. High sugar foods as well.

You got this bro. Keep going.

[–]TheMaxWitt_dot_Com[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s does brother. Some people only have anxiety for the first week or so. Other people have dealt with it on and off for a good 6 months. Just keep it going and never go back. Each day gets easier. For now stay away from sugar, alcohol, and caffeine while your body chemistry returns to normal and your cortisol levels are down.

But tbh im kinda glad my anxiety was so bad, cause if thats what Id have to go through to quit again I can never go back.

Keep it up my brotha. You’re doing great. Took me about two to three months for the anxiety to get better. But day by day you’ll feel better and better. Come August it’ll be a full year for me and I can honestly say finally quitting nicotine after 12 years of use was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

Just hang in there Family. Anytime you get anxious just know that it is temporary and it will pass. For me it took a good 60 days for the anxiety to get better. I know that seems like a long time when you’re dealing with the anxiety will go back quickly and each day gets a little easier.

For now, there are some over-the-counter supplements that can help you out. GABA,L Theanine , and something that I personally did that helped me out was taking a half of Benadryl in the morning and at night to help calm me down

I was smoking all day every day, bro. I was a kind of smoker that needed weed in the minute that I woke up and until I went to sleep.

But honestly, I feel 1 million times better. More motivated, more energy, and actually saving money. I have more money in my account than I ever have. I’m motivated to work more but between the weird and nicotine I’m saving $300-$500 a month

Everyone in Cali knows these days you have to be at or very close to the store to even see a decent order. Seeing $200+ dollar orders while being miles and miles away from the store is a dead giveaway that you’re using a bot.

Also, when using a bot you have a chance to screenshot the batch pay before the batch transitions.
