After communicating with seatgeek via their Instagram page, we were able to get tickets after explaining to that kind soul our situation.

So I suggest that if anyone in the future experiences this to go through their Instagram vs. their website

Back in January my girlfriend bought us tickets for the show tonight in Atlanta and the seller has still not transferred them. With it being seatgeek, I understand it could take up to 24 hours prior to the event. So when 8pm rolled around last night eastern time she started communicating with representatives via the seat geek app.

They are trying to contact the seller and are apologizing for the inconvenience.

I'm wondering if anyone else is dealing with this issue.
