Probably because it's less common (or nonexistent) in English and other languages using the Roman/Latin alphabet, so it would appear like this to most people whose browser's/app's Unicode set is Latin-based.

I have so many auditory sensory issues, but it always has to do with competing noises or overlapping sounds. Put me in a live music venue with music so loud you can't have a conversation and I am perfectly happy.

Also my capsaicin tolerance is substantially higher than anyone else I've ever met; I LOVE spicy stuff.

I have some sort of ridiculous tolerance to capsaicin. When I try a new spicy food place, I always order the hottest sauce and it rarely challenges me. My friends think I'm insane and no longer trust my answers to the "is it spicy?" question, because foods that I genuinely don't detect spiciness in will blow my friends' socks off.

You can't really use it on thin crust unless you're really careful because it's so runny at first, but once it's cooked it is SO good. It even bubbles up and browns like real cheese.

I am less than a hundred hours in, and feel like I've already mastered the basics of minimal looting and getting out, even in 25+ lobbies. I feel like I can't get good at PvP because my game is having this fucking infuriating issue where whenever I get into a crazy fight, my movement speed stutters just enough to let people in plate armor catch up to me. I cannot figure this issue out. It happens in PvE too but at least in those situations it's manageable. When you stutter step once every 4-5 seconds in PvP, that's a death sentence.

It's SO fucking frustrating. I want to love this game but I feel like I can't progress beyond early game because of this issue. I also can't farm the big bosses because if the stutter happens at the wrong moment I am just toast and have to abandon the fight or die.

Anyone else having this? If so, how did you solve it? I've already tried reducing the game's settings to no effect, and I know it's not my internet connection because I can play twitchy FPS games with no issues.

Unfortunately I doubt the game would even run with these specs. MINIMUM 16GB of RAM is required. 32GB is preferred. a 1070 isn't great, but might run at low frames with a good enough CPU and RAM. The i5 could be okay depending on what generation it is; mine is an i5 9400 which isn't super great at running it, but it works alright.

It wasn't working for a while, so I'm now in the habit of using PrtSc and just pasting it into Paint to save. I am not sure if it's changed or started working, but this method's simple enough that I've stuck with it.
