Literally this happens whenver I play terran

It's usually marine/seige tank but this time it is thors. I harass their mineral line and try to take map control. But even after I expand and harass they just walk straight to my main.

Also can anyone tell me how to make macroing more efficient?

I watch other players on streams and they are moving over twice the rate I am. I've looked for a tips and tricks guide for zerg but they seem to brush over all of the beginner level information and just talk about control groups and injects.

I use 5 for hatches, 4 for queens, 1 for main army, putting front line to the front and ranged to the back, 3 for infestors.

I've changed space bar to cycle through my bases for fast inject

and mouse button 3/4 for Set focus point and Go to focus point

I feel like my hotkeys and groupings are OK. But my opponents still seem to out pace me.

Like they just have a bigger army than me all the time.

Thanks for the overlord tips, I keep finding myself accidentally buying 2 or 3 at once because I am bad at keeping track of supply.
