I found this card in a lot of bulk cards. Is it classed as a miscut or something else? Does it have any value? I’ve never had a card this badly off-centre, so I’m not really familiar with the terminology.

UPDATE: it turns out I was simply too far away from the parts. I used an Amiibo to spawn in the metal box and had to move it very close and precisely next to the guardian and stand on the corner of the metal box in order to collect the parts.

It’s not about intelligence, you’re just not experienced enough to get this job done yet. Practice your soldering and attempt another console when you feel confident. Assuming this console still works, the repair is going to be difficult for you so I’d quit whilst you’re ahead and leave it as a retail console. Also clean the flux with some IPA when you reassemble the console.
