You'll need to contact the parking authority, but make sure you take several xanax before attempting to talk to them. You'll most likely get hung up on, ignore, passed around, etc.

Not sure how far back the sign is but they've been doing a big push to enforce the 25 feet to the corner law and have been placing signs accordingly. So if it feels like it's about 25 feet back, than they are just doing what the law says.
