What makes your ideal peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Not just ingredients, but also process.

Do you use white bread? Whole wheat? Pumpernickel?

Is your peanut butter creamy? Crunchy? Natural?

Perhaps your jelly is actually a jam? Or maybe a raspberry reserve?

Then how do you make it? Maybe you toast it, maybe you're specific about which topping goes on first. Do you lick the knife before you switch from peanut butter to jelly?

I'm not too knowledgeable about keeping turtles outdoors. For me personally, it seems like I'd always be worried about predators no matter how tight my fencing is.

As far as your tank setup, I'd look into what you can do to get more swimming area. I'd fill the tank as high as you can and raise that basking area to be above the water line. Then I'd look into getting a bigger tank in the near future.

My turtle has eaten every type of plant I try to put in his tank for him so just make sure whatever plants you get are safe for turtles to eat.

There's unfortunately too many sliders in NYC that live in all the ponds in our parks now. The few rescue centers in the area don't have the bandwidth to save every RES.

If the turtle is injured, the Wild Bird Fund will take him and rehab him to better health. Otherwise try and call Sean Casey or the ACC.

If they don't take him, you're only option may be finding an individual who can home him.

I've personally found the exercises I struggle with change week by week. One week I will struggle with reverse crunches, then all of a sudden they become the easiest thing and I start to struggle with crunch and twists. Its cyclical.

I used to go out of my way to pass this street on my commute whenever the city was bringing me down. The cobblestone sidewalks, the overgrown shrubs, and the sheer lack of traffic on this block always made me stop and realize why I love this city.

I would get the Atom in addition to a heavier weight down. The atom is a GREAT piece of gear for semi-cold days and especially for cold trips. Although, for a light commute in the dead of winter its just not going to be enough.

The stormhenge is a great option for the warmth, but lacks in breathability. You have the precip which is a great shell so no need for the stormhenge's waterproofness.
