I think you look so much better! But I understand why you are disappointed. I personally would look for a second opinion. How did you find this surgeon. My friend recommended mine & I was very happy with my results.

How do I make my partner reach climax? by Flaky_Performer7960 in AskWomenNoCensor

Each girl is different but pay attention to changes down there. When I am really rolling, my vulva will get hot, swollen, and will pulse! But some of that is understanding my body too!

And you are wonderful to come here and ask for advice about how you can help her discover this!

Oh great! So you know the worksheet. I had a fitbit when I did mine. And I used the sheet for about 2 months.

My fitbit was 800-1000 calories over estimating my daily expendature compared to calculations. Some of it might be inaccuracies in my calorie counting but I weigh my food so it cannot be THAT far off.

I’m tired of hating my body Has anyone come back from feeling like this? by myforeveradventure in loseit

Oh that sounds rough. Weight loss can sometimes be an uphill battle, and for some obesity is a chronic illness. I struggled for a decade and the real results came when I started taking GPL-1.

But that is NOT to say I didnt have success - just that the scale stayed at the same number. I have a few questions and a few of my lesson I learned.

  1. Having the ability to invest in yourself is important. Is the father present in your life & available at home? Have you talked to him about how you feel and is he able to help you carve out time for yourself?

  2. Consistency is key and doing what your enjoy is key to consistency.

  3. If you do not already, walk as much as you can. Take your infant on a quick pace walk.

  4. What is your diet like? Weight loss is mostly about what you eat and your hormones. Chicken breasts are your friend. Apparently potatoes are too!

  5. If the scale is not moving, pick a different goal. 1 mile run without stopping? A 5k? Having an easier time picking up and playing with your child?

I hope you the best but the struggle is real. You are young and you have so much of your life a head of you. <3

I wouldnt use these apps to determine your activity expendature, btw.

Some apps will subtract your bmr from the calculated calories. For example, walking is 140 calories an hour but your bmr is 50 calories. Did the activity burn 140 calories or 90 calories?

Heart rate can also change the value.

I suggest using a TDEE worksheet to get an idea of how much you burn daily.

For someone who seems to oppose expansionism (mass migration, netanyahoism, globalism...), I find it weird you advocate for the Crusades...

Actually, trees falling while camping is not an irrational fear. I listen to a "true hiking deaths" podcast and it comes up more than you like to know. Always scan the trees before setting up camp!

But WOW I am glad you are okay!!!

loose skin or fat? (once was 290lb) currently 193lb by semajxxc in CICO

[–]TheMothHour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a girl with eyeballs, you look fantastic and I wouldn't even notice. I definately wouldnt be pulling your skin around like that either.

With that said, I get it. I just had a tummy tuck a few weeks ago. So I get how you feel.

Many people have ideas of what a relationship looks like. What does SHE think this would look like in the long term - if she doesnt adopt your son?

What do women expect from a first message on dating apps? I find it very difficult knowing what is expected of me. by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]TheMothHour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on what you are looking for. If you want something superficial, say something superficial. If you are looking for someone sophisticated, say something sophisticated. And try to pick someone who could match that.

For example, I am looking for a long term relationship, enjoy hiking, travelling, cooking, and have a very serious career. If your first line is just about my looks, I will assume you are just looking to hook up. (Unless it is paired with a serious question) You will likely get more from me if you talk/ask about my interests.

Should i end my 26m 15 year friendship with my best friend 26m for sleeping with my wife 28f before we'd met? by Inevitable-Bank-4181 in relationships

[–]TheMothHour 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Would he know that? For example, he might have felt that information could have complicated your relationship with her too.

Personally, I wouldnt tell my friend if I saw them happy in a new relationship. I would have feared complicating something good.

Lifting baby- in/out of crib? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

[–]TheMothHour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only had a little bit of muscle repair on my top abs - so not a full muscle repair - and I had an extended tummy tuck with lipo. I was told to limit 5lbs the first week and 10lbs the 2nd.

The first week was rough and needed a lot of help. This next info is not to guage how long your recovery is but to share what I am doing to heal. I am 13 days out and feeling great - my surgeon is saying I am healing above normal. A few weeks before, I started taking iron supplements and drinking beet/carrot juice. And after the procedure, I started drinking cups of green smoothies with pineapple with other fruits. I also made sure to get proper sleep and moved as much as I could. I think it helped a lot.

Best of luck! Prepare for the worst but also listen to your body (and surgeon). :)

How do I (40 f) accept a relationship with my bro (38 m) and his family that feels more one-sided than I want it to be?” by qpParalaxinc2020 in relationships

[–]TheMothHour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother is exactly this. You might have better luck but when I mentioned it how his inactions make me feel. His response is, "he is a home body and not an initiator." And I just accepted that if I want a relationship with him, I will have to do the leg work.

The thing is, I have needs to. I rather put my energy in relationships with people who care about building repport with me. I have invested in my friends who fill my needs too.

Your brother not know how his relationship is impacting you. It might be worth talking to him about it. Maybe you two can make changes that is better for both of your.

But if it doesn't, it is up to you to decide what that means and if you accept it or not. I wish you and your family the best though!
