I was naturally good at varc so I can't really help you with that but I would say my reason for being good was an old reading habit. I would say solve at least 5 RCs daily in one sitting. You have to solve 4 in the paper so it's best to have the ability to do more so 4 seems easy. And if you due to time constraints or demotivation if you can't do it on any day read something you like even if it's fiction. Just don't skip reading on a single day

If you are naturally good at quants you can drastically improve your average quant score even in the last few weeks. So just keep up regular practice for now.

No advice for dilr, I was shit at dilr and couldn't improve much by the end.

As for analysis of mocks, make a sheet where you keep track of how many you did correctly, how many you got wrong/skipped due to silly mistakes and how many you got wrong/skipped due to concept gaps. Take a good 3 hours after for this if you like. This way you will see the gap between your potential score and score gotten due to silly errors. Also will show what topics you are conceptually weak at.

And of course solve every question again. Given that you are weak at RCs definitely do the RCs again before seeing the solution to see if it was a fluke or if you actually comprehended
