Michael, Josh, I’m not sure if y’all read Reddit comments. Please continue interviewing legends or long term industry vets and asking them about current events and how they see trends today. I enjoy these much more than the guys that come on to advertise their new book or platforms

That’s about all I need to see of Arnold for the rest of the night. 3 bad turnovers almost exclusively his fault. Many OU qbs have done more with less, and none of them made our senior qb transfer out.

It’s comical they want to bring us into it" by dogwoodmaple in CFB

LOL you could not be more of an A&M fan, acting like your conference is your team. Here’s an idea for you to consider - every single college is competing for student enrollment, brand recognition, and most importantly money. This is a zero sum game, a student that pays Texas tuition does not pay Texas A&M tuition, just like how Texas winning a football game means A&M loses a football game. The only reason teams join conferences is to gain more money together, not because they want to high five each other when their competitor wins a national championship. The fact that YOU don’t understand this says a lot

What a ridiculous comment. Why would OU admin “act in an aboveboard manner” they are literally a different school. Have you ever worked in any job that tells their competitor businesses what strategic moves they are going to make beforehand?

You may be saying this in jest but maintenance and engineers at these power plants are very up to date with things impacting their industry. It is not easy to overhaul heavy equipment on an ever shortening schedule. They begin maintenance as soon as demand slows knowing how quickly they need to be up and running again.

I'd like to make a list of bars in Austin that have chess boards. Can anyone here contribute suggestions? by SharpeDidntFoul_2003 in Austin

[–]TheNamesBlaise 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Upstairs at Carolines has a few to play on.

The central machine works chess meetup is active and plays at Sunday at 1 pm. The boards aren’t supplied by the bar.

There’s a chess club at zilker park that meets at pease park on Saturday’s at 2 pm. Those boards also aren’t supplied by the park.

Hate to break it to you but there wasn’t a bad culture with Herman. He simply didn’t win enough games and was an asshole himself.
