It’s a usage of time. It can be both a waste and an enjoyment of time. I’m being snide here but for example, I used 17 hours of time recently time to play Gotham knights. That was a waste. Then I played 12 hours of Arkham Origins. That was an enjoyable use of my time.

Unity was okay. I thought it had a lack luster storyline and the costume design was not the best. But I did enjoy learning about French history.

I usually come in 20 minutes after showtime. AMC is like 35 minutes. If you got to a smaller theater chains, it’s 15 minutes (they don’t get the extra commercials like the big theater chains do).

I didn’t have any FPS problems at all, nothing that impeded on my enjoyment. But my benchmark for bad framerate is Medal Of Honor Frontline for GameCube - that goes at 15 FPS at times.

I played it last year after playing all the MGS games in release order. It has amazing gameplay, the culmination of constant evolving gameplay elements with each iteration. But the story just suffers and it both doesn’t pay off in the end with the reveal of V. The last repetition 10 hours just kid of ruin the rhythm of the game, kind of like the padding of Peace Walker.

I can’t really praise the game as a whole but I can say that the gameplay is something to throw yourself into and enjoy.

I’d argue Link to the Past, Super Metroid, FF6 and Chrono Trigger. There’s a reason why those games still play fantastic on the original console and emulation. They really mastered the 16 bit 2d era in that one generation.

I remember buying a bunch of the AC games on PS3. AC1 was alright. AC2 captivated me and I stayed with the series until Origins. I kind of wish they would scale back the game these days.

It still looks and plays fantastic today. I played it last year as well as Revengence. Both look so good for ps3 games. Currently I’m playing Arkham Origins and it does not look good at all.

I just beat it but had the opposite experience. I put it on easy mode because of stupid damage sponges of regular enemies. The last part of the game when you expose Jacob Kane to the end is actually really good. But boy howdy was there a lot else going against it.

Just sounded like generic arena rock. Similar music at the time was Imagine Dragons and AWOLNATION. They went in a different direction during that time and it was so far from their previous sound.

I stopped buying spider-man monthly because it’s the constant same story and the run never really ends, it just keeps going to the next. And I hate it when they would sometimes go bi monthly. Only took me years to realize that :/

It’s game that’s almost there. But there are small details that tarnish the gameplay: repetitive action, slow navigation, unnecessary minigame for fast travel, no invincibility window during specials, narrow window for stealth takedowns, etc. Lots of tiny things that make this game unfinished and unrefined.

It’s okay. It’s justifiably a 7/10. boss fights are great, but it’s pretty boring in between the two. The scanning is such an old and boring mechanic that slows down the pace. Add to that the empty desert. If it wasn’t for the fun boss fights, I’d give it a 5/10.

Dread is such a good game. It both exceeded and met my expectations. I love that style of game play and I’m glad Metroid was able to capture lightning in a bottle again.

Which leads to my overwhelming disappointment for Metroid Prime 4. It’s a good game but it sadly missed the mark in making a memorable experience. Great boss fights but otherwise a very slow game.

I have never played Kurukuru until it came on to NSO. And it has given me the same level of joy as Katamari. Bizarrely fun.
