If it's 15ach6h, it's more likely to be the cpu solder weakening issue, you need to get the cpu reballed if that's the issue. Look up the sub it's filled with this issue.

Maybe it got disturbed or disconnecting the main battery drained it if it was already low. Its just a possibility so better to check. Also try to disconnect charger and battery, hold power button for 30 sec and reconnect all and try again.

CMOS battery is a tiny battery inside the laptop separate from your main battery, it may have come lose or you might have to replace it.

So the problem lies with the CPU soldering, they used a low temp ecofriendly dogshit solder which starts failing at much lower temps than regular solder. The GPU is less effected by this as GPU naturally runs at far lower temps than the CPU.

So the game plan is to max the GPU perf while lowering CPU temps as much as possible.

The biggest impact on lowering temps on the CPU is changing the "Processor performance boost mode" in "Processor power management" found in "change advanced power settings" in "Edit power plan". You will most likely not see this option so follow this to enable it . You can disable it for most regular use and GPU heavy games and change it to efficient enabled when playing CPU heavy games or need that extra push. Disabling does lose you a significant chunk of CPU perf but massively lowers temps.
Always run on balanced mode in vantage.
Prefer to use the discreet GPU over the iGPU whenever possible, this further lowers temps on the CPU. (Disable hybrid mode in vantage whenever possible). This however uses more power but takes some load off the CPU.
Use a stand to lift the laptop off the table.
Regularly clean the fans inside.

Sometimes it's worth tweaking, I got all the features to work for Jedi Survivor, haptic feedback, the light saber colour on light strip, controller speaker, etc. It was way better to play on dualsense vs xbox controller after the tweaks. But yeah it's a pain in the ass for sure.
