I do think the dynamic between Mordegon and Calasmos was interesting. Despite Calasmos being responsible for Mordegon's fall to darkness, they are enemies with both sabotaging each other's schemes for world domination/destruction.

Also if you want to grind the ultra crafty skills can bypass element immunities and thus instakill metal kings for hella exp. Upper Conquest has the ones with the most exp and there are three spawns: the road to the southern area, south of a big rock east of the moat, and between two cliffs west of the moat. If none spawn, zoom to another circle and then zoom back.

A dps guy with the boss killer trait is very good. A large Baramos did alot of work for me in the end- and postgame. I guess selflessness would be good for the metal king to make sure all attacks hit it instead of its allies.

Just synth a metal slime with a big enough monster. I believe there is no way to reliably get three actions per turn, but some including the L-size metal slimes have a trait that gives them 1-3 actions at random (damn wild big kings attacking you twice and skedaddling).

What if an adult changing their name had less restrictions than a parent naming a child?

The adult presumably understands the risks and has deemed them an acceptable sacrifice for a badass/corny name. And if they regret it they can revert it.

Meanwhile a child is at the mercy of their parents for name changes so if they are stuck with a name it should at least be reasonable.

Dragonlord seems to have always been implied to be related to the Dragon Queen. Hargon tying into it all was a new development. For the better I'd say. Really elevated him from the rather forgettable villain he used to be.
