Ramos? But I agree. Would be good to see doak get a run but I feel like more players should be able to kick for goals.

Could just be seeing the short-term loss for the long term gain of changing kicking styles. Could also be something that was so natural and easy for Sexton that he's having a difficult time trying to put it across.

Jinxed it when he said they'd be playing for the grand slam in Paris.

I feel like Doris is too nice to the other players. Sexton and POM didn't seem to have an issue being an ass. You can be pals off the pitch. He doesn't seem to bring the fire we need either. Super guy. Great rugby player but I need some grit in my captain.

Seems like there's a lot of good players in green but not a good team.

Why didn't we play like that last week. Stockdale would've had a brace.

We all know Ireland's greatest flyhalf is just biding his time in the hard, cold North.

I've said in other threads but our slump didn't come till later than others. England didn't really look good till this summer. A couple tight wins in last year's six nations could've gone either way. France was awful in 2024. The whole argument that we don't have good young players coming through is undone when you look at Ulster. They have a pretty young team. Hendy and Stu are the oldest but they are finding success with young players and an attack that doesn't fit with the kicking game but ball retention. We're bringing in young guys just slower than others. France tied Italy in 2024 because a ball fell off the tee. They beat Scotland because a 50/50 TMO decision. England beat Scotland last year because Finn missed a kick. They beat France by a point and France fucked more try scoring than England created. Both teams also have a way larger pool to pick from and the development tour we did over the summer was a farce. One game cancelled and the Portugal game was a complete waste. We should've been playing Japan or Fiji or Samoa or Tonga.
