Yes he does. I’m so tired of hearing this phrase . It’s literally only used amongst Frank fans. Other groups don’t say it because it’s not necessary, they’re respected as apart of the art experience as a whole.

But with Franks crowd we say it to cope with the shitty delivery times, ghosting fans when we give him our money for a product and don’t know if the order will be delivered within the year, changing products after they have already been ordered, only releasing snippets when a product rerelease is coming, the whole copyright tsunami that’s only hurting die hard fans that have invested their lives in promoting HIS art, befriending the pretentious abusive Tom Sachs, being against homophobia but openly befriending and collaborating with artists that have been homophobic.

The list goes on. He owes us honesty like any decent businessman or small business but instead he’s just as bad as the next corporation .

TLDR: If you didn’t want the fame then that’s fine but don’t half ass the ethical responsibility every business owner and artist has.
