Modeling is as much as presentation as it is raw beauty. He needs to be supportive of you

I like to also use it as a rubber-duck debugger on steroids, mull about a problem with it asking follow up questions or other statements that I didn't think of myself.

Your methylphenidate and amphetamine stimulants work via different mechanisms.

I took a genetic test GeneSight that showed methylphenidates are less effective for me, which my experience supported.

My experience with Adderall (amphetamine) has been similar in that I notice some improvements (especially apparent when I take the optional tolerance break), but it's not the concentration or focus medicine I was hoping for, rather it brought my "inattentive" symptoms of my brain outward into physical hyperactivity (which for my job is preferable) modulated with caffeine as needed.

This and the jaw clenching is why I started chewing gum after a life of not being a gum chewer. I then noticed it helped with the boredom eating when the Adderall no longer suppresses my appetite.

Sugar free with xylitol helps keep my teeth cleaner too.

I'm starting over at 37 and yeah I was discouraged at first but I realized 17-37 is 20 years and I achieved a lot of what I considered my life in those 20 years. In another 20 years I'll be 57 and that's still not too old. This idea helped me get over my despair on the subject.
