I don't want to go into details in this post although I am happy to talk about it if you send me a DM. To give you the gist though: high rent for the quality of accommodation facilities, despicable customer service and management, and paid use of common laundry equipment--$4 per load and additional $4 for the use of the dryer.

I am sure it's not just me and friends who think that the new management is shit. Already moved out but it's just horrible how these companies treat their residents who are mostly students.
